WG 3.6: Optimising Price Change

To improve the efficiency in changing prices without canceling and re-swapping the NFT, WG 3.6 attempted to create a new smart contract that solely deals with price changes. The team drafted early prototypes of this smart contract after research, and suggested a UI/UX design on implementing this price change fix.
